By accessing or using NIRAAYUSH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NIRAAYUSH is a platform that connects patients with licensed physiotherapists for home visit consultations and therapy sessions in Delhi NCR, India. We facilitate booking requests but are not a medical service provider ourselves. Physiotherapy services are delivered by independent licensed practitioners.

3. User Registration

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age to use our services
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Booking and Cancellation

  • Booking requests are subject to therapist availability
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • NIRAAYUSH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to therapist unavailability

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical history and health information
  • Follow the treatment plan prescribed by your therapist
  • Not misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm therapists or other users
  • Maintain appropriate conduct during therapy sessions

6. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your medical condition.NIRAAYUSH does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of NIRAAYUSH or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRAAYUSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NIRAAYUSH harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm other users or the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
